With 25+ years of experience across global corporations, startups, and international NGOs, Sheeba brings deep expertise in P&L management, brand transformation, organizational design, and enterprise change across every stage of the business lifecycle.

She has held senior leadership roles at Kraft Foods, JCPenney, and International Justice Mission (IJM). At Kraft, she revitalized legacy multi-million dollar businesses including Jell-O and Ritz, delivering double-digit revenue growth in mature and declining categories. She led the global business and brand strategy for OREO, the world’s #1 cookie and a $2 billion business sold in over 100 countries. As Vice President of Marketing at JCPenney, she led the brand and media transformation of the $12 billion retailer, driving a 22% increase in MROI.

At IJM, the world’s largest anti-slavery organization, Sheeba led the full brand repositioning, global communications, and mass fundraising efforts. As CEO of Akola, she transformed a nonprofit into a social enterprise creating dignified employment for women in East Africa, earning recognition from Vogue as a top ethical jewelry brand.

She serves on the board of Redeemer City to City, a global nonprofit organization founded by Tim Keller. She is an advisory board member of Wildwood Ventures, a Venture Partner with Jeremiah Fund, and mentors with Praxis Redemptive Venture Accelerator. Named one of InStyle Magazine’s "50 Women Making the World a Better Place," she holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
