Impart Group has been years in the making. After 25 years of executive leadership, I realized it was time to take everything I’d learned as a CEO, CMO, and senior executive across Fortune 500 companies, startups, and global nonprofits, to equip leaders who are solving some of the world's toughest challenges.

Having been in their shoes, I knew what they needed. Not theoretical ideas and frameworks, but a trusted advisor who knows what they’re talking about because they’ve done it and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and break the hard ground.

I started working with purpose-driven CEOs and found my calling in equipping, advising, and walking alongside them to realize the full potential of their organizations. As I did this work, I started to realize that many CEOs are not served by elite consulting. They don’t need consultants who have studied business; they need values-aligned operators who have built businesses.

At the same time, I also met brilliant former operators who were motivated by purpose and faith, consulting independently, their collective wisdom fragmented, their impact limited.

Then it hit me: What if I could assemble operators seeking to be a force for good in the world into a powerful integrated team, bringing top-tier expertise to businesses poised to have a transformative impact?

In June 2025, in a coffee shop in Frisco, Texas, I finally voiced this idea to a friend from church. He said, “You’re building the Avengers for the business world.” It resonated deeply. YES. That’s exactly what I am called to do.

I knew this couldn’t be just another consulting firm. It needed to be rooted in impartation, where wisdom and discernment power our thinking.

Shortly after that conversation, things moved rapidly. I assembled incredible practitioners united in advancing good through business. And here we are, excited that you’re here, hoping we get the opportunity to build something beautiful alongside you.
